For children ages 10 and under.

Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

Therapeutic Phlebotomy

Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

Appointment start times:
1:00 PM · 1:30 PM · 2:00 PM

$100 fee. We do not bill insurance.
A physician’s order/Rx is required.
